Can facing our own mortality inspire us to live our lives more fully? That’s the question this fascinating documentary aims to answer while exploring the mysteries of life (and death) from a variety of perspectives and world traditions.
The film features scientists, anthropologists, philosophers, and spiritual thinkers, discussing the fear that surrounds death and how to live more consciously.
A Post-Screening Conversation with Executive Producer Marilyn Schlitz:
Marilyn will speak about “Death Makes Life Possible” and how we can transform the fear of death into an inspiration for living.
Marilyn Schlitz, Ph.D. is a social anthropologist, researcher and writer. She is currently the President Emeritus and a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, where she has also served as President and CEO.
Additionally, she is a Senior Scientist at the California Pacific Medical Center, where she focuses on health and healing. For more than three decades, Marilyn has been a leader in the field of consciousness studies.
